On March 16, the “2021 Top 500 Real Estate Developers in China - Appraisal Results” jointly hosted by China Real Estate Association and E-House China R&D Institute China Real Estate Appraisal were officially released, and Yintai Land was ranked among the “2021 Top 20 Real Estate Developers in China with Comprehensive Strength in Commercial Real Estate”.

Appraisal research for the “2021 Top 500 Real Estate Developers in China”, jointly hosted by China Real Estate Association and E-House China R&D Institute China Real Estate Appraisal, has been carried out for 13 consecutive years, and its appraisal results have become a key standard for making all-round judgment on the comprehensive strength and industry position of real estate developers.

The appraisal measures the comprehensive strength of enterprises based on eight major areas, namely, size of enterprise, risk management, profitability, growth potential, operational performance, innovation capability, product quality and social responsibility. It also uses 25 tier 2 indicators such as amount of revenue, development scale, size of assets, amount of profit, and fundraising capability, and 73 tier 3 indicators including revenue from real estate operations, rental income for investment property, real estate sales area, total assets, total profit, and current liability coverage ratio, among others. The 2021 Top 500 Real Estate Developers in China with Comprehensive Strength rankings are formulated based on objective, fair, professional and scientific appraisal research.
